25. On 1-14-14, I was assigned this Sexual
26. Assault and Conspiracy case alleging two Nevada peace officers committing the
27. crime on-duty in uniform against the victim in Sparks, Nevada in 2006. 
28. The victim alleges that in 2006, she was sexually assaulted by Gerald “Jerry”
29. ANTINORO at the direction of her then boyfriend Anthony “Tony” DOSEN.

33. On 1-14-14, I met with victim
34. _________ at the Sparks Police Department where I conducted an audio and
35. videotaped interview in room #203 _______ stated the following to me in
36. summary:

38. In approx. April of 2006, I was moving
39. into the _________ apartments in Spark, Nv. I don’t recall the apartment
40. number, but my apartment was in the northwest corner of the complex. From
41. my balcony I could look directly at the Marina RV Park to the north, and I
42. could look at the empty dirt field to the east.

44. I met Tony DOSEN through an online
45. dating website. He seemed very nice, and DOSEN told me he was a Deputy
46. Sheriff for the Storey County Sheriff’s Office. DOSEN insisted on coming
47. to my house and help me move in. I agreed to him coming over because he
48. seemed nice. After being at my house for about an hour, he became
49. vulgar. DOSEN asked to show him my breasts and made other sexual
50. comments.

52. Within a week of meeting him, I came
53. home to find he had moved himself into my home. We lived together until
54. the end of September 2006. During the time we lived together, DOSEN
55. engaged in bizarre and illegal behavior. DOSEN would lie to his Dispatch
56. Center saying he was on patrol when he was at home. DOSEN would sleep on
57. the bathroom floor with the shower water running.

64. DOSEN became sexually aggressive
65. towards me. During sex, he was degrading and aggressive. He would
66. surf the internet on websites like hornymatches.com and
67. adultfriendfinder.com. DOSEN would intentionally leave instant messages
68. on the computer screen for me to see. He would converse sexually through
69. instant messages with other people. On one occasion, DOSEN showed me a
70. disgusting video of a women performing oral sex on a horse. He laughed
71. about my reaction of disgust. DOSEN took nude photos of me saying we
72. could get some swingers with the photos. I am not into that lifestyle and
73. told him no.

75. About 4-5 months after DOSEN moved in
76. I heard him come home. I was awakened in bed when I heard his police
77. radio. I was surprised to hear a second police radio. DOSEN entered
78. the bedroom in full police uniform followed by “Jerry” ANTINORO, another Storey
79. County Deputy Sheriff. I could smell the odor of cigarettes. DOSEN
80. took off his clothes and got onto the bed. I asked what was going on, and
81. DOSEN told me, “Shut up bitch.” ANTINORO also undressed and asked DOSEN
82. what he wanted him to do to me. DOSEN told ANTINORO to have sex with
83. me. I told them no and asked DOSEN what was happening several
84. times. I also said, “It hurts.” DOSEN only told me to “Shut up
85. bitch.” ANTINORO never said a word to me. ANTINORO had sex with me while
86. DOSEN pleasured himself. At one point, DOSEN forced my head to ANTINORO’s
87. penis and made me give him oral sex. This lasted for about 30
88. minutes. They got dressed in their uniforms and left. DOSEN and I
89. never talked about this incident. I left the next day and stayed at my
90. brother’s house for a few days. I never told my brother what happened.

92. About one week later, DOSEN came home
93. wearing his uniform and we got into an argument about him talking with a former
94. girlfriend. I was hoping he would end our relationship. DOSEN tased
95. my right leg with handheld taser, and it was painful. DOSEN kept
96. activating the taser while laughing about it. He finally left.

98. One day before the murder of Holly
99. QUICK, which would have been September 13, 2006, DOSEN came home in
100. uniform. I was insisted we end our relationship and we argued. It
101. became heated. I was outside on my balcony, and DOSEN was standing behind
102. me. He pulled out his handgun and put it to my head as he asked me if I
103. wanted to die. I could see the gun out of my peripheral vision, and I
104. felt the gun when he placed it against my head. Suddenly the gun
105. discharged and I felt the concussion. I remember the day because the
106. following day numerous police officers were canvassing the neighborhood. 
107. I initially thought DOSEN’s round hit someone, but I found out about the
108. un-related murder.

110. DOSEN would be home 1-2 days a week,
111. otherwise he was gone. DOSEN always said he was working undercover or
112. working late. I now know he was seeing other women. DOSEN admitted
113. to using steroids, and he always had a black duffle bag with him, which he left
114. behind after moving out. DOSEN always bragged about being a cop, and I
115. was afraid to say anything to anyone.

120. I finally talked with my trusted
121. friend Stewart HANDTE about all of this. HANDTE is the Sheriff of Mineral
122. County, and he was good friends with DOSEN when they worked together in the
123. Nevada Highway Patrol.

126.  This isn’t about me, but I’m concerned this could happen to another

131. On 1-15-14, I spoke with ____ who told
132. me she has DOSEN’s aforementioned black duffle bag. __________ also has a
133. bedspread from the time when DOSEN lived with her. The bedspread has been
134. washed countless times since 2006.
